On A Drug Run
I made an appointment with my new doctor but come to find out i made it for the wrong day at the wrong office. They saw that i was in pain and said i could see the doctor there – a cardiologists. The nurse gave me an EKG for no reason at all. Just cause “the doctor will yell at me asking why i didn’t do it if i don’t”. Whatever. no harm done. The x-rays came back mentioning slight (very slight) scoliosis but not much else. So he gave me a Percocet and some other muscle relaxer prescription. If i’m still hurting by Tuesday come back and he’ll send me to a chiropractor. Too bad i’ll be in ohio next week. At least I get one of those fresh Target bottles.
felt like requiem for a dream, I was worried what would happen when you took the percocet, I know that stuff made me waaaaay too high, when I broke my ankle.
I hope your back gets better quickly.

you need to rest. that’s it.
i had back aches for 3 months a few yrs ago. i couldn’t walk, sit and even lay straight in bed.
pain killers all day. so i rested and it got better.
