A few images of where i stayed this past week in Columbus. It is one of two locations for the German Village Guest house (Whittier Suite 1). The owner is a fella I used to work with back at Fitch. I took a bunch of photos for his marketing materials about 4 years ago when he first opened (here).
I haven’t really got a chance to enjoy my stay at his places yet. When i’m in Columbus i usually find myself out late night and up extra early in the morning. Next time i’m going to try to just chill. Maybe have a few folks over instead of hitting up a bar.

Well, the interior isn’t really German…
But kinda nice! Just your photos are a bit too dark and seem to usual and un-special. Hmpf…
looking for an assistant? i make good.. um.. i’m an excellent vending-machine operative.
Erik: haha, calling me out! i didn’t try to hard the other day. i just tried to take a few when i got in at night and before i ran out the door in the morning. nothing too special. I should find some images of the area for you. it is a bit more german (i think - never been to germany)
Nice, I looked at the website. A nice place to stay during the Jazz Festival!!
Oh yes my favorite spot in German Village is the Book Loft. Next time bring the “teenybooks girl” and take her to the Book Loft…
i wonder if this works

Thanks Ma, Book Loft!?
That seems right up my alley. I daydream about owning my own book store one day.
Man, that kinda reminds me of my pad… in my dreams when I sleep. LAWL
