Ologie said goodbye to Antonio aka the only black guy i’ve ever worked with at a design agency (including freelancers) I’m pretty sure it is because in most contracts you are only allowed one at a time. Him and his girl are off to new adventures in Chicago.

Yeah the other black guys were there for the ambiance. Its silly, they are talking about hiring another black developer here at my spot; I guess that means its time for me to move on. BK, I may need you to come take photographs in the next few weeks if this is the case, you know the world will fall off its axis if we have 2 brown folks in my office.

It’s not that different in IT. My last company I was the first and last (to date) out of 50 people in Tech. Not to mention 1 out of 7 females in Tech.
