i must say, i really do love what i do. Even though this week isn’t a glamorous shoot in some fresh location with ridiculously sexy models it’s still really fun.
I’m down south shooting with ologie for a Nationwide project. the last few days we go into a proper studio and shoot some bigger setups. i’ll show you those when I can. Also, big shout to my new favorite assistant Timur, partner of BlackBox Studios in Charlotte. If you ever do a shoot in the area please get them to produce it. Amazing to work with.
Today we broke down the huge pods and replaced them with the incredibly sleek Muji desk. I couldn’t be happier, even more when I get a chance to work in the office again. I’ll be in Columbus from tomorrow til friday night working on a project for Nationwide.
Our girl Ashley from ’round the way (and an alumn of my design school at OSU) needed a little brochure for a dance convention she is putting together.
I want to cut out the individual letters and use wire and foam to display them then photograph it

When i look at it again it feels a little like BAM/Wexnercenter/Walker Art Center. It maybe the gradients and the use of single typeface with multiple weights
