Viva El Peru. Day 2 on the Inca Trail
Two weeks ago I went to Peru with 4 friends to hike the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu. It’s 27 miles and takes 4 days and 3 nights. You trek through jungles and past ancient ruins and climb so high you can touch the clouds (14,000 feet). But mostly you maneuver thousands of steps and marvel at how it was all built by hand. If you want to see Machu Picchu, this is the only way you should consider doing it.

5 of my friends ventured off to Machu Picchu last week. 2 others were in Italy. Although I do wish we could have all been together, it’s equally as awesome for us all to be out seeing different parts the world at the same time.
